This screening calls attention to the wealth of information that can be discovered through these artifacts of everyday life and public events from the perspectives of South Side residents. By viewing these films, audiences will see aspects of family and community life often left out of history books.

This event is presented in collaboration with the South Side Home Movie Project and University of Chicago Arts + Public Life, and is part of Forms of Imagination, an exhibition of the 2015 Chicago Architecture Biennial.
